Meet the Ministerial Group for Entrepreneurship
The Government established the Ministerial Group for Entrepreneurship with the participation of all relevant governmental entities, pursuant to a clear and integrated vision aimed at strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem, thereby contributing to the achievement of sustainable and accelerated economic growth founded on competitiveness, the creation of decent employment opportunities, and the advancement of a knowledge-based economy.
The Group is mandated to develop and launch new initiatives and policy proposals, provide support to startups, ensure coordination among governmental entities, establish direct channels of communication with the entrepreneurship community, and formulate policies that foster and enable the sector.

This Charter sets forth a clear strategic roadmap that underscores the Government’s commitment to empowering startups and strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem, with the objective of driving sustainable and accelerated economic growth founded on competitiveness and knowledge, while fostering the creation of decent and productive employment opportunities.

Driving startup-led economic impact to create approximately 500,000 direct and indirect jobs.
Scaling globally by attracting USD 5 billion in venture capital, including USD 1 billion through the Unified Financing Initiative.
Addressing national sector challenges through innovative startup solutions to build scalable companies, develop local talent, and reduce brain drain.
